What are my shipping options?

All customers enjoy free shipping on ALL orders!

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday will ship Monday. We do not ship on Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays.

We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take two to four business days for processing.

 

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real-time. 

 

How will my package be shipped?

We typically use USPS for standard shipping. Occasionally we will use UPS or DHL for larger orders or in extraneous circumstances.

To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.

 

My package is marked as ‚Äúdelivered‚ÄĚ but I can‚Äôt find it.

Here’s what we suggest doing:

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery
  • Check again the end of the next day
  • Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877), or DHL (1-800-225-5345)

 

 

What are my shipping options if I live outside of the U.S.?

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the continental United States. If you are interested in our products and live outside of our shipping zone, please contact us for possible arrangements.
